THE CURRENCY CONFERENCE ANNOUNCES 2017 PLANS

16.11.2016

The 17th Currency Conference will return to Asia for its next edition, in Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia from May 14–17, 2017.

The program will include presentations and panel sessions from top officials in the currency function of global Central Banks, as well as critical industry suppliers and key industry experts. The program’s special events will showcase local culture and cuisine to provide delegates with an unforgettable experience—and memory—of their time in Malaysia.

According to Marci Chavez, President of conference organizer, Currency Research, “The full EXPERIENCE is what makes the Currency Conference so special and we are delighted to offer our delegates a vibrant program in KL next year. We give our delegates the opportunity to make business and cultural connections with industry

peers and we provide a comprehensive agenda filled with informative discussions that may impact their own strategies within their bank’s currency function.”

Building on the success of previous editions, the Currency Conference roster promises again to deliver compelling information on the current state of cash, along with discussions pertaining to the most relevant policy-related matters surrounding the currency function.

Presentations will be anchored by the following key areas: Strategies and Planning for the Future of Cash; Outsourcing & Re-circulation Trends; Currency Planning & Issuance; Currency Lifecycle & Forecasting; and Technology Trends.
